Fresh off of winning the Radio City Freedom Award<\/b> for \u2018People\u2019s Choice Best Hip-Hop\/Rap Artist\u2019<\/b> (click here<\/a>) for 2013, Enkore,<\/b>hailing from Mumbai<\/b> is back with a new song, soulful and jazzy in equal parts.<\/p>\n

\u2018My Song\u2019<\/b> has Enkore rapping over an instrumental produced by The Synthesis<\/b>, as he thinks aloud about breaking up – but yet not being able to let go. The lyrics video for \u2018My Song\u2019 was crafted by Asad Ali<\/b>, aka JoblessMe<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Scheduled to be put out a day later, Enkore preponed the release of his newest offering when he found out that the support of his listeners had won him his first award.<\/p>\n

The Radio City Freedom Awards are held by one of India\u2019s top 2 radio stations \u2018Radio City\u2019<\/b> and honour the best Indie musicians from all over the country.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a great feeling to know that it\u2019s purely based on support, this award, and listeners have felt me worthy to win this. Shout out to Mo Boucher as well who killed it on the song! This is an achievement, but I haven\u2019t achieved anything yet, time to keep pushin \u2013 be ready for some new stuff after \u2018My Song\u2019 too!\u201d<\/i> says Enkore.<\/p>\n

Enkore has been in the studio and has a lot more heaters coming up – including his first official video.<\/p>\n
