Recently,\u00a0Desi Hip-Hop fans have been asking about Bohemia; DesiHipHop.com took matters into their own hands and caught up with the Punjabi rap star during a recording session at a top secret location in Oakland to find out what he has been up to. \u00a0Check out the exclusive\u00a0interview below!<\/p>\n

DHH:<\/strong> \u00a0This studio feels like I\u2019m in a space-shuttle and there was a security guard at the automatic gate. \u00a0Where the hell are we and why is this place not on my GPS or Google Maps?
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

BOHEMIA:<\/strong> \u00a0[laughing] I\u2019m afraid if I told you, they wouldn\u2019t let you leave. \u00a0Seriously, it\u2019s a private studio by a major label, invite only.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

DHH:<\/strong> \u00a0Ok, on the music front, whats up? \u00a0Is Bohemia gearing up for a come-back?!
\n\"\"<\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n

BOHEMIA:<\/strong> \u00a0You can\u2019t call it a come-back if I never went away. \u00a0It\u2019s all about perception, just because I prefer to stay low-key doesn\u2019t mean I\u2019m not making music. \u00a0My recent work with Bollywood includes features on Speedy Singh\u2019s, Desi Boyz and a lot more surprises to come.

DHH:<\/strong> \u00a0Please tell Akshay Kumar, DHH say\u2019s \u2018hello\u2019.

BOHEMIA:<\/strong> \u00a0[laughing] Ok, Akshay Kumar loves Hip-Hop, I\u2019m sure he\u2019ll love Desihiphop.com.

DHH:<\/strong> \u00a0I\u2019m a good actor, just kidding. \u00a0Seriously though, what else?

DHH:<\/strong> \u00a0What about your next album? \u00a0When\u2019s that coming out?

BOHEMIA:<\/strong> \u00a02012, that\u2019s why I\u2019m here recording. \u00a0The fans are going to get something they never expected, I mean, we got songs with Baby Bash, The Jacka. From the Desi scene I have one of my favorite vocals Taz (Stereio Nation) singing a hook I wrote for him on this album.<\/p>\n

DHH:<\/strong> \u00a0Are you still tied to a major (Universal) or are you going independent now?

BOHEMIA:<\/strong> I still have a good relationship with Universal Music India. But I just feel that most recently UMG India has lost their edge when it comes to staying ahead of the pack. I think they jumped into the hiphop thing a little too quick without enough research so it may take them a minute to figure this out.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

DHH:<\/strong> \u00a0We heard you\u2019re going to India next week, for what?
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

BOHEMIA:<\/strong> I\u2019m in India for a few live performances.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

DHH:<\/strong> \u00a0Is there anything you wanna tell your fans?
